Learn how to delete your data from ReplyMode and understand what information will be removed.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Remove Instagram Automation (Recommended)

Log in to your ReplyMode account
Go to your Dashboard
Navigate to "Settings" at the bottom of the page
Click "Delete My Account" button
This will remove all automation from your connected Instagram pages

Option 2: Delete ReplyMode Account Only

Visit the Account Deletion page
Review your account information
Confirm account deletion
Note: This only deletes your ReplyMode account, not Instagram automation

What Data Will Be Deleted

When Deleting Your ReplyMode Account Only

When you delete your ReplyMode account, the following information will be permanently removed:

Account Information

Your user profile and account details
Login credentials and authentication data
Account preferences and settings

Personal Information

Email address and contact information
Any stored personal data
Support ticket history

Important: Your connected Instagram pages will continue to have automation active. To remove automation from Instagram pages, use the Dashboard → Settings → "Delete My Account" option.

When Removing Instagram Automation

If you use Dashboard → Settings → "Delete My Account", the following will be removed:

Instagram Automation

All automation triggers and settings
Response templates and configurations
Automation logs and history
Instagram page connections and permissions

Account Data

Your ReplyMode account and all associated data
Personal information and contact details

Important Considerations

Account vs. Instagram Automation Deletion

Deleting ReplyMode Account Only

Your Instagram pages will continue to have automation active
Other admins managing the same Instagram pages will still have automation
You will need to create a new account to use ReplyMode again
Your personal data will be removed from ReplyMode

Removing Instagram Automation (Dashboard → Settings)

All automation will stop immediately on your connected Instagram pages
Other admins' automation on the same pages will also be affected
This is the recommended method to completely stop automation
Your ReplyMode account will also be deleted

Permanent Deletion

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
You will need to create a new account to use ReplyMode again

Backup Your Data

Export any important automation settings before deletion
Save any custom response templates you want to keep
Note down your automation configurations

Multi-Admin Instagram Pages

If multiple admins manage the same Instagram pages, deleting your account doesn't affect their automation
To remove automation from shared Instagram pages, use Dashboard → Settings → "Delete My Account"
This will remove automation for all admins connected to those Instagram pages

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
Data Portability: Receive a copy of your data before deletion
Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing

After Data Deletion

What Happens Next

Your account will be immediately deactivated
All automation will stop working
You will be logged out of the platform
Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days

Reconnecting Your Account

You can create a new account anytime
Reconnect your Instagram account through our secure authentication
Set up new automation from scratch
